A thorough walkthrough of your home while you’re away, including checks for visible leaks, temperature or HVAC concerns, doors and windows, appliances, and anything else that appears out of place. Includes package retrieval and a photo update after each visit.

Everything included in a Home Check, plus light household care such as watering plants, bringing in mail, adjusting blinds or lights, taking out trash bins, and other small tasks you’d like handled while you’re away.

Need someone to meet a contractor, cleaner, repair technician, or delivery while you’re away? We provide trusted access to your home, stay on-site as needed, and keep you updated throughout the visit.

Come home to a house that feels ready for you. We can adjust the thermostat, turn on lights, bring in packages, water plants, tidy small arrival details, and handle other requested tasks before you return.
